The Story of Life
by Tommy
My first year English teacher, and, to a lesser extent Stewie Griffin, taught me that every good story must have a conflict, an obstacle for our protagonist to overcome.
The story of life is no different. Each story of life is different. I’m the star of the Tommy Collison show. You have guest stars, but they come and go. I’m the male lead. The plot deals with school each day, or what I get up to over the weekends.
And of course, the Story of Life has conflict. Each one has different levels of conflict, depending on how well you get on with people. Some people, like, I dunno, angels, have very little conflict. Others, like Gregory House, have lots of it. Do people zone in on conflict? Do ratings begin to wander if our protagonist gets too docile?
I don’t know. This is all hypothetical stuff in my head which may or may not make sense once I read over it and hit publish.
