Wedding

by Tommy

Back a while from the wedding in Kill that I was at yesterday/this morning. In bed with flu-like symptoms at the moment. Feeling rotten. Dunno if it’s that flu or just a flu. Either way, I’m not exactly at my peak.

Physically, I could be better, but mentally I’m fair to okay.

The wedding yesterday was good. It was enjoyable and full of well-deserved niceness.

I went home from school at lunchtime on Wednesday feeling rotten, and spent the day finishing Without You by Anthony Rapp.

After watching some Dylan Moran clips that night (“why do we have so much respect for Hummers when the driver can’t distinguish between your children and a packet of crisps on the road?“) I woke up nice and early (8am) to find John home:

I eagerly hop out of bed but it turns out John has gone to bed. Not before stealing my iPod cable though..

Anyway, we eventually hit the road about 10:30. I spent most of the journey writing a short story (I’m that sociable..) about a frustrated New Yorker unable to get a job, which I may post sometime. We went to the hotel before the church, so we could change into our wedding clothes. Here’s me:

Once I got to the church though I began feeling bad again and promptly had a sneezing fit, which I had to have without making a scene. the timing of my sneezes required military precision, they did.
