Trust Tommy

Tomorrow, I leave the Collison Alpine Hideaway to go to America to see a man about a dog the doctor who operated on me when I was 9. We’re back there again for a flying visit for a consultation, with the discussion of possibly having more surgery next year.

I can’t honestly say I’m looking forward tomorrow. Arriving at shanon airport (SNN) at 09:30, plane leaving at 11:30. We arrive into Philadelphia International (PHL) at 13:50 their time. Depart PHL at 15.45 and arrive at Chicago O’Hara (ORD) at 17:03. Depart ORD at 18:05 and arrive into Minneapolis St Paul International (MSP) at 19:42.

Ouch, huh?

My plan is, because I’m such a crap sleeper on airplanes, is to set my alarm for 3am tomorrow morning (Irish time), so I’m tired that morning, and tired getting on the plane, so I’ll sleep for a while.

Unfortunately, CompuB haven’t had a chance to look at my laptop yet, so it’s staying at home. All secret writings/blogging will have to be done on Mum’s laptop. Better than nothing.

Planning on wearing my My Life Rocks tee for my surgeon’s appointment, as a good luck charm. What I want good luck for, I’m not entirely sure.. :)
